The Akron-Summit County Public Library is proud to offer the Library Express Delivery Service (LEDS) program for homebound individuals in Summit County. If you or someone you care for are temporarily or permanently unable to visit the library due to illness, injury or disability, we can send library materials directly to your home!

Please note that submitting this form does not complete your enrollment in the Library Express Delivery Service (LEDS) program. The homebound librarian will review your request, and contact you to finalize registration.
