The Library offers Outside Pick-Up Service at all branches and drive-up window service at Main Library. Pick-up of holds and requested materials are available during operating hours only.

Appointments are not needed.

You may plan on a library materials’ pick-up only after you have been notified that your holds or materials are ready for pick-up at that location.

For outside pick-up services at one of our library branches, place a call to that location upon arrival, and a staff person will bring the library materials out to you.

Picking Up Your Holds

  • Have you received a notification that your held items are ready for pick-up? It’s time to head over to your local library!
  • Items must be picked up from the Library location where they are currently being held. If your pick-up location is Mobile Services, please call 330.643.9055 to arrange for pick-up at Main Library or the branch most convenient for you.
  • Materials may be picked up only during open hours at the pick-up location that you selected when placing your holds.
  • After arriving, please call your specific library location.

  • Friday: 10 am - 5:45 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am - 4:45 pm
  • Sunday: 1 - 4:45 pm
