SearchOhio
SearchOhio offers borrowing access to the collections of 45 public libraries throughout the state. If you don’t find an item in our catalog, simply click the SearchOhio icon to expand your search. This free service is made possible through a partnership of participating Ohio public libraries. Items usually arrive in three to five business days and can be picked up at any of our library locations.
- Loan period is 21 days for books, audiobooks, and music and seven days for DVDs.
- Most titles can be renewed up to three times if there are no other requests or holds on the item.
- A replacement fee of $25 will be billed for an item returned damaged or not returned within 30 days of the due date.
- SearchOhio policies, and charges are determined by the SearchOhio consortium and cannot be waived or negotiated.
OhioLINK
OhioLINK offers access to the collections of 115 Ohio college and university libraries and the State Library of Ohio. If we do not own an item you want, give OhioLINK a try. Simply click the icon on the results page in our catalog to expand your search. This free service is made possible through a partnership of participating Ohio academic libraries.
- Requested items usually arrive in three to five business days and can be picked up at any of our library locations.
- Loan period is 21 days for print items, with up to six renewals if there are no other requests or holds on the item.
- Loan period is seven days for movies and music, with up to three renewals if there are no other requests or holds on the items.
- The charge for an OhioLINK item not returned or returned damaged is $125.00.
- If you currently have 25 items requested, checked out, or returned through SearchOhio or OhioLINK, you will be unable to request additional OhioLINK items until other items have cleared from your account.
