OhioLINK and SearchOhio are upgrading technology to improve service to customers.
The development of a new platform for Library lending required a temporary pause that affected all OhioLINK and SearchOhio libraries.
Recently, ASCPL announced that we will be transitioning to a new public library catalog. This decision was made to both save money and to also provide a better customer experience. Coming in early 2026, the new public library catalog will be more modern, intuitive, and simplified to make it easier to discover Library resources and explore new content.
Due to the transition to our new public library catalog, OhioLINK and SearchOhio will remain unavailable until early 2026. ASCPL’s collection will continue to be available to our customers. Our digital collection is always available 24/7.
