We are grateful for the overwhelming response to our call for support in highlighting the importance of Ohio’s public libraries to State Representatives.
More than 26,000 emails were sent through our online contact form, and many more people have told us they sent their own emails or made phone calls to the Representatives. Additionally, more than 500 letters or pictures from adults and children were delivered to each of Summit County’s Representatives and Senators in Columbus.
As the proposed bill moves to the Ohio State Senate for review, we will continue to monitor its progress closely and keep you informed.
