The Main Library in downtown Akron and two neighborhood branch libraries will open later on Saturday, September 30.
Due to the High Street closure, the Main Library will open at noon.
Due to the Aster Avenue closure, the Firestone Park Branch will open at 10:30 a.m.
Due to the West Market Street closure, the Highland Square Branch will open at 2 p.m.
The late openings will help library customers avoid traffic disruptions near Main Library and in the Highland Square and Firestone Park areas anticipated with the Akron Marathon Race Series.
