The Akron-Summit County Public Library Board of Trustees ("Library") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for the services of a design professional firm to provide services for a feasibility study of the Library’s usage of its facilities to address current and future space and layout needs as well as to support current and future programming concepts.
