Emergency Leave Up to 3 paid hours of annual emergency leave for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time employees)
Compassionate Leave Up to 5 paid days of compassionate leave for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time employees)
Jury Duty Leave Paid time for jury duty (compensated for regularly scheduled hours)
Ohio Deferred Compensation Program
  • Employee contributory supplemental retirement investment on a payroll deduction basis
  • Contributions can be made pre-tax or post-tax (Roth)
  • Direct payroll deductions available
Professional Memberships Membership in job-related professional association reimbursed at 50% of membership cost, up to $100 annually
Professional Certifications Job-related certification reimbursed at 50% of membership cost, up to $100 per certification period
Parking Stipend Up to $35 per month for employees who work at Main Library
Wellness Reimbursement Up to $150 reimbursed annually for approved wellness activities (gym membership, yoga, race registrations, etc.)
