Anitra Humphrey and Shelbra Woolridge, co-owners of CodeXcellence, Inc. a medical consulting, coding and education corporation located in Northeast Ohio are members of Akron-Summit County Public Library’s Microbusiness Center. They shared the following statement about their experience as members:
“Our experience being members of the Microbusiness Center has been a great asset to our company. It is a quiet and semi-private space where we have had meetings to brainstorm about the direction of our business. Tracy Williams is the key to all of it. As the microbusiness specialist, her guidance has helped us get connected with other individuals and organizations that assisted us with our business plan. When we reach out to Tracy she responds and goes the extra mile to assist us with exploring multiple options that has helped make our business successful. She has assisted us with our financial projections report, networking, and utilizing the library’s resources for businesses. Her flexibility, knowledge of business resources, networking expertise, and heart to serve the community are valuable.”
Located on the first floor of Main Library, the Microbusiness Center provides accessible business training, educational resources, and individualized direction to established business owners, entrepreneurs, and college students pursuing entrepreneurial studies.
