Description
This deed documents the transfer of ownership of 1.61 acres of land from Anna Rowinsky to Francis B. McNeil for $600 and notes that Ms. Rowinsky retains no rights to the property. Mr. McNeil sold the land later that same year to James O. Curtis. Mr. McNeil owned serveral properties in Tallmadge and seems to have bought and sold land regularly. In 1880, he appears on the Tallmadge voter registration rolls and is listed on the census as a brick mason living with his wife Lizzie in Tallmadge.
