Description
This letter was written to Ferris Miller of Tallmadge in response to his request to use a clay bank as a skating rink for local boys. David Hill, President of the Akron Sewer Pipe Co. gave his permission saying "I trust that it will give them as much pleasure in occupying it as it does me to grant your request."
