Description
In 1882, Dr. Willis Sperry hired Francis D. Alling to build this house, located at Tallmadge Circle on the former site of the William Oviatt House.  Dr. Sperry purchased the Oviatt house and had it moved across the street. No longer used as a residence, the house was the location for the Hillegas Funeral Home from the 1970s through the mid-1990s, and has been occupied by Donovan Funeral Home since 2003.
