Description
The Portage Lakes Council raised funds to furnish the Coventry Branch Library which opened in 1962. The branch operated from a small storefront building on Manchester Road until it merged with the Manchester Branch in 1990 to form the new Portage Lakes Branch currently located at 4261 Manchester Road.
