Description
In 1956 the West Hill Branch moved to a new building at the corner of West Market Street and Highland Avenue. Friends of the Library raised funds to commission the fountain sculpture seen in this photograph. This piece, created by local artists Luke and Rolland Lietzke, was removed in 1974. This building was razed in 2006 for the construction of a new branch slated to open in 2007.
