Description
Tallmadge Branch Library head, Rosann Wright and the building's architect, William Lay admire the new branch building located on South Avenue. This new building, constructed by the City of Tallmadge was leased to the Akron-Summit County Public Library until the current Tallmadge Branch Library on Community Drive was opened in 2000.
